Midfielder Jake McCormick arrives from Doncaster Rovers on a one month loan deal and is one of the graduates from Rovers youth setup who put pen to paper on a one year deal in the summer of 2012. The 18 year old impressed in many youth team games last season as he displayed his array of passing – one of the standout factors when Dean Saunders decided to make him the offer of a professional contract.
Adam Reid and Sam Grimshaw, both graduates from the Altrincham youth team, Reid made three starts for the Altrincham first-team in 2011/12 but has yet to appear this season - he has been on the bench for every game except last week at Bishop's Stortford.
Left-back or midfielder Grimshaw has made two appearances from the bench for the senior team this season.
